Cuckoo Sandbox 1.2 releasedby Michael Boman

Today the Cuckoo Sandbox project announced the availability of version 1.2 of Cuckoo Sandbox, a dynamic malware analysis environment.

Several new features have been highlighted:

• Support for bare-metal and XenServer analysis
• Behavior Search: You can now search in the behaviour result of the malware report. Good to search for specific API calls.
• Network Streams View: You can now display the hex-dump of network streams.
• Comparative Analysis: Compare two samples execution path graphically.
